The book offers a starting point for the selection of country-relevant “green” metrics that can provide a comprehensive picture of environmental sustainability challenges. The Little Green Data Bookis a result of close collaboration between the Development Data Group of the Development Economics Vice Presidency and the Agriculture and Environmental Services Department of the Sustainable Development Network Vice Presidency. We welcome suggestions on how to improve future editions and make them even more useful.
